Join us as The Greedy House celebrates ONE YEAR of community impact, connection, and service with our Anniversary Block Party!

We're bringing Birmingham together for an afternoon filled with music, food, shopping, entertainment, community resources, and celebration. As we recognize our first year of officially serving the community, we're inviting local businesses, entrepreneurs, creatives, and organizations to be part of this special milestone.

Whether you sell apparel, accessories, beauty products, handmade goods, books, desserts, or offer professional and community services, this is your opportunity to showcase your brand, connect with potential customers, and celebrate alongside the community that makes our mission possible.

  • 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  • The Greedy House Anniversary Block Party

Vendor Registration

  • Vendor Space: $25

  • Maximum of two businesses per category to encourage variety and limit direct competition.

  • Educational institutions and community organizations are exempt from category limits.

  • Vendor space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to category availability.

At The Greedy House, we're not your average nonprofit. We're building community, creating opportunities, and bringing culture and impact together. This anniversary is more than a celebration of our first year. It's a celebration of the people, businesses, and partnerships that make our work possible.

Setup & Breakdown

  • Vendor check-in and setup times will be provided before the event.

  • All vendors must be fully set up before 1:45 PM.

  • Event opens to the public at 2:00 PM.

  • Vendors may not begin breakdown before 6:00 PM.

  • All vendor areas must be cleaned before departure.

What Vendors Must Bring

  • Tables

  • Chairs

  • Tent (recommended for outdoor vendors)

  • Extension cords (if electricity has been approved)

  • Product displays

  • Payment processing equipment

  • Any permits or licenses required for your business

Electricity

Electricity is limited and available only upon request and approval. Vendors should plan to be self-sufficient whenever possible.

Food Vendors

Food vendors are responsible for complying with all local health department requirements and obtaining any necessary permits.

Vendor Rules

  • Vendors must remain within their assigned space.

  • No counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items may be sold.

  • Vendors are responsible for securing their own belongings.

  • The Greedy House is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • Vendor fees are non-refundable.

  • Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.

  • Vendor categories are subject to review and approval to maintain a diverse shopping experience.
